Shipping terms:

1, Worldwide shipping via Aliexpress standard shipping, China Post Air Mail and commercial expresses eg: FedEx, DHL, EMS, UPS and TNT etc. per your choice. However we strongly recommend the commercial expresses, you get the item faster.

1.1 if you choose commercial express delivery, please let us know how much value you want us declare to the logistics and Customs. Normally we write a very low value that can help you to avoid the tax. E.g: Motorcycle jacket 1 pc value US$22.

1.2A, If you are from EU, we don’t suggest you choose commercial express like DHL, because there always be a very high Customs fee (euro 25-55).  We recommend postal service,  such as e-EMS,  ePacket,  CPAM  which is low possibility to be charged by Customs

2, shipping time: 98% orders will be shipped and add a tracking number within 2 working days, if accidents, we ensure that no more than 3 working days after your payment verified by aliexpress.

3, Delivery time: We will inform you the excepted arrival time when we provide the track number, if you don’t receive it on the expected arrival date, please contact us to help you to track order. Please understand there may a little long time because of bad weather, customs clearance etc.

4, Please make sure your address, telephone number, postal code are correct before you pay.

5, Buyers solely responsible for import Customs clearance of the goods.

Return/refund:

1, Return is acceptable if the products are not as described or you just don’t like it. But we don’t accept USED products.

2, Return request should apply within 7 days since the parcel signed / delivered.   

2 All returned items must be in its original packing and keep it intact, shipping by a registered tracking number. As soon as we received the returned product, we will refund or exchange immediately.

3, Buyers are responsible for the returning shipping cost under any circumstances, shipping and handling charge are no-refundable at any cases.
